    Our double rooms, double room superior, junior suites and suites differ mainly in their size and/or their furnishings, which include an extra bed, sofa bed, shower, bath tub, double sinks, separate toilet. Some of the rooms or suites are extra large units with shared access. These suites are ideal for families, who would like to stay together during their holidays.

    Take pleasure in your own coffee maker, tea maker, mini bar, modern Internet-enabled flatscreen multimedia Internet TV, free wi-fi Internet access (broadband/fibre optic cable), hair dryer, bathrobes and slippers. We also welcome tall guests - our standard beds are 210 cm long.

    On this page you will find the most important information about the prices, cancellation policy and arrival/departure times.

    Pricing

    All room prices are per person per day and incl. extended half-board. Excluding local taxes (€ 4.80 per day from 15 years)..

    Please note the applicable surcharges and chargeable services:

    • Half-board deduction amounts to € 15.00 per adult per day
    • Single room supplement: € 50.00 per room and night
    • Weekend supplement Friday + Saturday: € 10.00 per adult and night (max. € 20,- per night)
    • New Year's Eve supplement for 31.12.: € 100.00 per adult
    • Pet without food: € 20.00 per animal per day (Please note that your four-legged pets are not allowed in the restaurant/wellness area / there is a separate area on the sunbathing lawn).

       

    Terms of Cancellation

    Please consider the following cancellation policy according to Austrian hotel regulations:

    • Up to 1 month prior to arrival: No cancellation fee
    • 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival: 40 % of the total amount
    • In the last week prior to arrival: 70 % of the total amount
    • In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or in the event of "no-show": 100 %

    Arrival and departure

    Please note that the rooms are ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. onwards. On departure day, please check out by 11:00 a.m. If possible, we will gladly offer you the possibility of an early check-in and late check-out. Please contact our reception for this purpose.

    Reductions for kids until April 30th, 2025

    • Children from 0 up to and including 3 years
      ... stay free of charge in a double room, junior suite and suite.
    • Children from 4 up to and including 9 years
      The child rate per day for children from 4 up to and including 9 years of age is € 28.00 incl. half-board. This discount is valid in a double room, junior suite and suite.
      (Half-board deduction amounts to € 5.00 per day)
    • Children from 10 up to and including 15 years
      The child rate per day for children from 10 up to and including 15 years of age is € 55.00 incl. half-board. This discount is valid in a double room, junior suite and suite.
      (Half-board deduction amounts to € 10.00 per day)
    • Youths from 16 years of age
      Youths from 16 years of age we charge a supplement of € 79,00 incl. half-board per night.
      (Half-board deduction amounts to € 15.00 per day)

    • Discounts in the Luxury Suite
      For every further person from 4 up to 99 years we calculate a supplement of € 79.00 incl. half-board per night.

    • New Year's Eve supplement
      The supplement for children from 10 up to and including 15 years of age is € 50.00. Youths aged 16 years or older will be charged the same rate as adults.

    Children's discounts until Mai 1st, 2025:

    • Youths from 16 years of age
      Young people from 16 years pay 50% of the adult price.

    • Discounts in the Luxury Suite
      In the luxury suite we charge a surcharge of € 60.00 per day for children from 4 to 9 years. For all guests over 9 years of age we charge a surcharge of € 90.00 per day.

    • New Year's Eve supplement
      The supplement for children from 10 up to and including 15 years of age is € 50.00. Youths aged 16 years or older will be charged the same rate as adults.
